One of the main priorities of Agromarket is concern about development of employees and human resources. Fulfillment of goals, short-term as well as long-term, is only possible with proficient, capable and completely devoted staff.
Company development coincides with the concern about human resources and creation of positive climate at all levels. Special attention is paid to improvement of flow of information which is the main prerequisite for successful business.
Currently Agromarket employs more than 280 staff in development, sale, marketing and logistics sectors. Around 100 of them are with university degrees (in agriculture, mechanical engineering, economy), 2 with PhDs, over 80 of them are with high-school degrees and 100 are qualified workers in transport, servicing and maintenance.
In field activities 35 marketing and sale staff are in direct contact with clients, directing and educating them on daily basis. Such human potential is also the main warranty for future development of the company and can effectively deal with everyday problems, needs and future challenges.
